Important Special Notice

To all Members of Ocean Park Chapter #245,

This is to notify you that at the regular stated meeting on Thursday, January 19th, 2017 the members of our Chapter brought up the possibility of consolidation with another Chapter. The proposal to consider consolidation will be discussed in full at the meeting of Thursday, February 2nd, 2017. You are strongly urged to attend this meeting to help determine the future of our Chapter.

The vote upon the proposal to consolidate, will be by written ballot and the vote required to carry shall be two-thirds (2/3) of those present and voting.
